By placing an order or registering for our Workshops, you ultimately assent to abide by them. So make sure you read them carefully and understand them fully before initiating any sort of transaction with us:
a) We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read them on each occasion you use this website.
2) Medium of Exchange and Payment
a) All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SR).
b) Payment has to be made only through PayPal and COD. We don’t accept credit cards.
c) The confirmation email you receive will be your authorized receipt and proof.
d) You have to pay applicable taxes, if any, relating to the products.
e) TWS may add new services/articles for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing, at any time in its sole discretion.
f) All information that you provide in connection with a purchase must be accurate, complete, and current.
a) Your reservation is guaranteed only when we receive cent percent of your payment. Moreover, there is no refund if you decide to call off your enrolment.
b) If the class is full and you wish to get yourself enrolled then your name will be added to the waiting list and your booking will be made as soon as space becomes available. In that case, you have to make the payment within 12 hours if you accept the offer.
c) We will be providing a kit to every student in the beginning of our session which they have to bring with them to every class.
d) We possess the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel the workshop due to unsought circumstances upon which you will be liable for your full refund made at the time of booking. However, we won’t be accountable for any out-of-pocket costs incurred besides that.
e) Lastly, details of the workshops mentioned on the site are subject to change without any prior notice
4) Returns and Exchange Policy
a) This applies only when you have received any damaged product from our end. In such a scenario, you have to notify us within 3 working days so that we can make an insurance claim against the Carrier’s Insurers and a replacement will be dispatched.
b) However, we don’t offer any exchanges for an unwanted product because of their personalized nature.
a) We trade on the basis of “As Is” and “As Available.” Hence, our products and services do not hold any Warranty, Endorsement, or Assume Responsibility.
6) Order Declination
a) Despite our attempts to keep sufficient stock and back-up of all our goods, there can always be a possibility of running out due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event we can reject to take your order.
b) Further, if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or there has been a pricing or product description error or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions we may refuse to accept your order.
a) Customers at TWS should remain without any shadow of the doubt while entrusting us with their confidential information. The data may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
8) Availability of Website
a) For your convenience, we ensure the availability of this website at all times unless it is interrupted for a short span by some system failure, technical fault, update, maintenance or repair upon which we will not be held liable.
b) However, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with the website. This includes but is not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property.
