How do I make payment for my online purchase?

We accept PayPal payments and Cash On Delivery (COD) in KSA.

Do I need to have a PayPal account?

That’s all right, you don’t need a PayPal account for online purchases. Just select “don’t have a PayPal account?” at the order summary page and you can sign in as a PayPal guest and pay with your debit/credit card.

I can't seem to place my order online. Is there any other way to place my order?

Can I make payment via bank transfer?

Absolutely, you can! Please email us at mailus@thewhatnotsshop.com and we will provide you with the necessary bank details to make a bank transfer.

Is there any physical outlet that I can purchase directly from?

No, we are not having any stores at the moment. We’re based online.

What are the delivery/shipping charges for Saudi Arabia?

All Orders in KSA will be charged SAR25 of shipping charges. Cash on delivery is available. For more information, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship internationally and how much will it cost?

Which shipping option should I choose?

KSA orders are sent using Fetchr courier company and International order will be shipped via SMSA/FedEx.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Once the order has been dispatched, it takes 1-2 days for the order to get delivered in Riyadh. If you are living in another city of KSA or any other country in the Middle East then it might take 2 days or more.

How much time does it take for the order to get ready?

For Craft Supplies, it takes about 1 – 2 days for the orders to get dispatched. For personalized items, it ranges from 5 days to a week or more depending on the work and the quantity ordered.

I need an item urgently. What can I do?

What if the needed item isn't available on your website?

Kindly mail us requesting for pre-order at mailus@thewhatnotsshop.com and we would try our level best to get it for you.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Return Policy is not listed or allowed under The Whatnots Shop. Exchange of items or products will only be allowed under certain circumstances.
